PROJECT OVERVIEW

Confidential Royal Complex
Saudi Arabia

The work supported multiple royal, administrative, residential, hospitality, healthcare, religious and support facilities within a confidential royal complex. The public case study describes the infrastructure scope without identifying the complex, its city or individual buildings.

Future Bridges connected the practical installation activities: tray and conduit, cable pulling, termination at both ends, rack-room setup, cable management, labeling, Fluke testing and device installation. CommScope shielded Cat6A cabling and SYSTIMAX keystone connectivity formed the copper infrastructure.

Cisco access switches, core switches and gateways were installed as part of the active-equipment scope. The underlying infrastructure supported data, voice, surveillance, access control, audio-visual and meeting-room systems. System design, programming and commissioning are not attributed to FBT in this project record.

SUBCONTRACT ICT INFRASTRUCTURE DEPLOYMENT

Future Bridges Technologies worked as a subcontractor to a major established IT company. Its contribution covered physical ICT infrastructure deployment, copper-link testing and active equipment installation. The prime contractor and individual facilities remain confidential.

COMMSCOPE / SYSTIMAX

Shielded Cat6A Infrastructure at Multi-Building Scale

Approximately 6,500 shielded Cat6A copper cable runs formed the reported installation scope. The work combined CommScope cabling with SYSTIMAX keystone jacks, from cable pulling and routing through termination at both ends. Clear identification and practical cable management connected the installed links with the rack-room work.

PHYSICAL INSTALLATION

Cable Tray, Conduit & End-to-End Pathways

Cable tray and conduit installation provided the pathways for the copper infrastructure. Future Bridges carried out containment work, pulling and routing as connected installation activities across the facility types within the assigned scope. Public imagery shows only generic installation details.

RACK ROOMS & PATCHING

An Organized Physical Foundation for Connected Systems

Rack-room setup included equipment organization, patching organization, cable management and labeling. The installation brought copper terminations and active equipment into maintainable technical spaces, with the physical connections arranged to support the wider technology programme.

  • Organized patching
  • Cable management
  • Connection identification
  • Physical support for data, voice, security and AV infrastructure

ACTIVE EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION

Cisco Access Switches, Core Switches & Gateways

Future Bridges installed Cisco access switches, core switches and gateways within the project equipment environment. This case study distinguishes physical equipment installation from system design, configuration or programming; those additional responsibilities are not claimed for this subcontract scope.

  • Cisco access-switch installation
  • Cisco core-switch installation
  • Cisco gateway installation
  • Rack equipment placement and organization
  • Associated physical patching and device installation

ONE PHYSICAL ICT FOUNDATION

Infrastructure Supporting Six Technology System Categories

The installed infrastructure supported technology across primary royal facilities, administrative and governance facilities, royal guest accommodation, healthcare, hospitality and support buildings, religious facilities, and meeting and operational spaces. A group of royal guest villas was also within the wider setting. Individual building identities and detailed layouts remain undisclosed.

TESTING / LABELING / QUALITY CONTROL

Traceable Links & Physical Installation Checks

Fluke testing and labeling formed part of the reported physical-infrastructure work. Connection identification, termination checks, cable management and rack organization supported the quality of the installed cabling. These activities describe copper-link testing and installation checks rather than commissioning of the complete downstream systems.

  • Fluke structured-cabling testing
  • Cable and connection labels
  • Termination at both ends
  • Patching and cable-management checks
  • Defined installation scope for active equipment
